Made with marine grade rope so super strong and come in a range of bright colours.
 
These collars are:

  • Easy to Clean (can be thrown in the washing machine or left to soak in warm water)

  • Returns

    All returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. If 30 days have passed unfortunately we can't offer a refund or exchange.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you recieved it and in the original packaging. We also require a reciept or proof of purchase.

    Any Item not in it's original condition or damaged for reasons not due to our fault, or returned after more than 30 days wont be accepted.

     

    Refunds

    Once your return is recieved and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of it being recieved. We will also notify you of approval or rejection of your refund.

    If you are approved then your refund will be processed and will automatically returned to your original method of payment with in a certain amount of days.

     

    Late or Missing Payments

    If you haven't recieved a refund yet, first check your account again and then contact your bank, it can take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you've done this and its still not been recieved then please contact us.

    Sale Item

    Unfortunatley Sale Items cannot be refunded or exchanged.

     

    Exchanges

    We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you do need to exchange your item, send us an email at kims_k9s@outlook.com and send your item to:

    Shipping

    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costsfor returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

    Depending on where you live, it may take some time for your exchanged product to reach you.
